Synopsis: 35 YO white male who fell off a roof two weeks ago.


 

The first incision was dorsal, through the fourth compartment.

The dorsal incision (the hand is to the right, the elbow to the left, and the fullness below the incision is the ulnar head).

The dorsal cortical fragment was elevated, debrided, and fixed with low-profile lag screws:

Elevating and debriding the fracture.

Fixation with low-profile screws.
