Figures 2 a-c

It was felt that further information was desirable, and a CT scan was ordered. Minimal size cuts, just in the scaphoic and lunate facets, with a measurement in mm of the size of any gaps and stepoffs. These films were obtained.

Figure 3 a-c
CT scans, coronal reconstructions, dorsal on the left, volar on the right.

Figure 4 a-d
CT scans, sagittal reconstructions, from the radial side (left) to ulnar side (right)
The left two views show the scaphoid facet (trust me, that carpal bone is the scaphoid, not the lunate), the middle right views shows the central lunate facet, and the right view shows the ulnar margin of the lunate facet.

(4) How do you interpret the CT scans?
(5) What is the size of the gap?
(6) What would you recommend for treatment?
