Course Outline
The Course will consist of six formats:

(1) Six Keynote presentations
(2) Lectures
(3) Panel Discussions
(4) Small Case Discussions
(5) Hands-on Labs
(6) Lunchtime case discussion

The Small Case Discussion format will have 20 surgeons per group;
course participants are invited to bring their own cases.
