Registration
Registration can be made now by mail or telephone. Online registration is anticipated to be up by February 8.
The course fee is $995 for surgeons, $595 for hand therapists, and $250 for residents and fellows (must be by mail and accompanied by a letter from chairman).
Online registration closes April 20; thereafter, contact Linda Johnson, course coordinator, by phone, at the number listed below. Refunds: 100% if cancellation received prior to April 4, 50% if cancellation received prior to April 20, none thereafter.
