Exhibit Booths
The cost of an standard exhibit booth is $3000. All companies must have an exhibit booth to participate in the labs. The exhibits will be in the Dolores and Merced rooms, along with the coffee and refreshments, to help move the traffic to your booth. A limited number of premium booths will be located in the Foyer, which is outside the lecture hall and between the standard exhibits. The cost of a premium booth is $5000. All exhibitors and sponsors will be given a weblink from our conference site.
Labs
There are two labs, one Saturday and one Sunday (see schedule), three hours each. There are three rotations of surgeons in each lab, each rotation lasting one hour. The cost of the labs is $2000 each. The size of the lab depends on how many stations that you can supply, and rooms will be assigned based on the number of stations. Not all of the surgeons will rotate through your lab in one day's lab; for maximum exposure, you will need to do two labs. Surgeons will choose which labs to sign up for; I cannot guarantee any level of surgeon participation. The labs will be held in Farallon, Sausalito, Butron, Union Square, and Bayview Rooms. The companies supply their own Sawbones models, and can use either bare bones or the foam-skin bones. I think surgeons prefer the foam-skin models, as it is more realistic, and Fluoroscan will be present in the labs. I would suggest that you prepare a PowerPoint or live video for the first about 10 minutes of the lab, and bring or arrange with the hotel AV vendor for whatever equipment you will require. The course will not supply you with a video theater or projector.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship of the coffee and refreshments is available, for $1000 per day. Sponsorship of the lunch Friday and Saturday is available for $1000 per day. Each sponsorship would be exclusive (only one sponsor per day).

Print ads are available in the syllabus. Inside front cover, $1000. Inside back cover, $1000. Outside back cover, $1500. Half page ad, inside, $250. Full page ad, inside, $500.
Payment Deadlines
Payment deadline: received by March 15. There is a 10% discount if paid (check received) prior to March 1. There is a 15% increase if received after March 15, and 25% if received after April 1.
